Protecting the confidentiality of your sensitive data is critical and providing users with enough function and access to perform their jobs well and without hindrance is practical; summarising the design of the WrightZone Weighbridge security components. On setup of a new user all Access options are defaulted to False.

Basic User, Security Definitions:

Accounts: AR Invoice Access

Offers user access to the Accounts Receivable Invoice window.

Accounts: Invoice Lock Access

Offers user access to the Invoice Lock function which is a toolset that can be used by Basic Users to communicate to Administration Users that money has been receipted and matched for the pervious days' daily cash sale, customers.

Accounts: Manually Export AR Invoice(s) Access

Offers user access to the manual Export Invoice function available from both the Transactions grid and Invoice window.

Cost & Price: Modify Products Destination Data

Offers users the ability to add, edit and delete profit centre transport supplier, price and cost values at the location (to destination) level.

Cost & Price: Modify Products Location Data

Offers users the ability to add, edit and delete profit centre product or inventory, price and cost values at the location level. (Often reffered to as the profit centre's List Price)

Cost & Price: Order Price Book Modification

Offers users the ability to add a Price Book and modify Price Book product pricing.

Export: MS Excel® Access

Offers user access to the MS Excel Pop out used for copying grid content and saving it directly into a MS Excel spreadsheet.

Export: WZ XCEL

Offers user access to the WZ XCEL Spreadsheet Control and the accompanying XCEL Pop out used for copying grid content into a spreadsheet that is MS Excel® compatible.

Reports: Product Summary Multi-Location Access

Offers user access to the viewing of all locations for all profit centres in the Product Transaction Summary tab which is applicable to Basic Users creating product summary reports where product is out sourced from other profit centre locations.

Scheduler: Access Only

Offers users a view only of the Pre-Entry Scheduler where users cannot add, edit or delete Pre-Entry Event date or time stamps.

Scheduler: All Events Privileges

Offers users full administrator function and privileges, of the Pre-Entry Scheduler.

System Options: Hauler Customers and Product Customers Tab Access

Offers user access and function to the Hauler Customers' tab used to filter Customer selection based on the Hauler selected within the Pre-Entry, Onsite and POS Onsite Entry windows.
Offers user access and function to the Product Customers' tab used to filter Product selection based on the Customer selected within the Pre-Entry, Onsite and POS Onsite Entry windows.

System Options: Tools/Default Profit Centre Access

Offers user access to the Tools Menu, Default Profit Centre function enabling Basic Users assigned to multiple profit centres to switch between profit centres without the need to login again.
