Main New Exit window

Accessed from the Onsite Grid using Single or Double click options, the New Exit window offers a few subtle differences of Gross and Net Weights fields including running totals based from the Net Weight value having been recorded for Onsite Entry save.   Its at this stage in the process where the vehicle has had its Tare Weight recorded and therefore entered the profit centre. Currently Loaded and now remains on the weighbridge waiting for a stable Gross Weight where the docket can be produced via manned or unmanned (POS) operations concluding in a successful vehicle Exit Save.  
 
Main New Exit window
 
When the New Exit window is opened the transaction will be highlighted in red (meaning vehicle Stop) in addition to communicating to all WZWB users that the transaction is currently being accessed. On Exit save the transaction is updated and moved from the Onsite Grid to the Exit Grid from which it can be further edited if applicable

Vehicle Hauler combo boxes

Both the Vehicle and Hauler combo boxes are background coloured in orange to communicate these values are not editable by users on New Exit save.    
1. Vehicle Hauler combo boxes
  • On New button only the Vehicle and corresponding Hauler value can be updated prior to New Exit save.
  • Where users have recorded the incorrect vehicle ID requiring change they must cancel and edit the transaction from within the Onsite Grid.

Gross Weight

2. Gross Weight
  • Gross refers to the whole of something; under WZWB gross weight refers to the total weight of goods and its packaging, the vehicle and its product.

Gross Weight Set button

Set means to save.

3. Gross Weight Set button
  • Opens up (below) the Gross Weight Update window offering users the ability to manually record and set the Gross weight or continue to set via the Live Scale readings radio button when True.

Net Weight

4. Net Weight
  • Net weight refers only to the weight of the goods and under WZWB gross weight less the tare weight means the Net Weight being the product weight only.

Rock box Totals

5. Rock box Totals
  • The (Rock) Product price per tonne is set as a per Location price which is superceded by Order and linked price book price.
  • The Product Rock Price Total is a calculation of the unit price per tonne multiplied by the Net Weight (in tonne).

Cartage box Totals

  • The (Cartage or Transport) Product price per tonne is set as a per Location to Destination price which is superceded by Order and linked price book price.
  • The Product Cartage Price Total is a calculation of the unit price per tonne multiplied by the Net Weight (in tonne).
