Main New Entry window

The New Entry window is accessed using the quick key F2 or drilldown from the Pre-Entry Grid. The Entry window is used to record vehicles entering your profit centre. On user selection of the vehicle ID and the vehicle having been onsite before all information will be Transaction Recalled and pre-populated by default making this process extremely easy.  Users can edit values as required and the Tare Weight box reports live readings from your weighbridge scale. The left hand side of the New Entry window offers the exactly same functionality and fields as Pre-Entry only the right hand side of the screen titled Calculations makes the difference between Pre-Entry and both the Entry and Exit windows (described below).

Main New Entry window

WZWB records user changes or edits to transactions existing within the Onsite Grid including Edit Onsite save through to New Exit and Edit Exit save and such user changes are reported in detail within the Audit window (requiring Administrator privileges) for security purposes. On New Entry save a docket number (and GUID, 'Globally Unique Identifier' ) is automatically system allocated when vehicles are Onsite and therefore reported within the Onsite Grid.  From within the Onsite Grid users can right click accessing the Onsite Grid Pop out to edit and optionally delete the transaction. On New Entry save the vehicle ID saved is officially reported and recorded within your profit centre and is on route to dispose and drop-off or load and collect product (with options to complete both within any single movement).

  • The second time the vehicle ID enters the profit center the current day the tare weight is defaulted to reporting first time onsite tare weight values allowing continued fast processing in the vehicle ID not having to record the (same or new (petrol weighted variance)) tare each and every time it enters the profit centre for the current day.
