Bookmarks Bar

The Bookmarks Bar is designed to offer users fast Action functions that exist (and are duplicated) within your window Action Bar buttons. It exists on the top right of Master Record data sets (of Customers, Suppliers, Products and Haulers) and exists at the bottom of all Navigation Grids as standard offering users a snapshot of the total count of applicable Master Records.

Bookmarks Bar

Points 1 to 10 their icons and related function should be self explanatory without training.

The term Bookmarks Bar originates from its unique Bookmark function ( described below).
When Show Hints is set to True users will receive descriptive text hints on the purpose and function of each button.

Save Bookmark

A Bookmark is a favorite or often accessed record. On users clicking the asterix button the record highlighted will be stored as the bookmark.

Only one bookmark can be created within any window.
On setting a bookmark users can return to it at any point time by clicking the Go To Bookmark button (below, when highlighted).

Go To Bookmark

On click will navigate to the book marked record instantly saving users on browse or search time.

Only when a user has successfully saved or updated a book marked record will this button be highlighted and therefore made active to users.

Filter

Filter delivers access to the standard filter builder functionality being a customizable dialog that allows users to build filter criteria of any complexity with a simple yet elegant interface.
